The role involves assisting residents with daily living activities and working closely with a dedicated care team. This is a permanent Care Assistant role at the Brook House Care Home in Towcester, Northampton. The home is a 53-bedded Residential and Dementia Care Home with a CQC rating of 'Good' and a 9.9 rating on Carehome.co.uk. The role involves providing compassionate care to the residents and supporting them in their everyday lives.
As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to the residents of the Brook House Care Home. This will involve assisting with daily living activities, such as personal care, mobility, and social engagement. You will be expected to work closely with the wider care team to ensure the residents' needs are met, and to contribute to the overall well-being and quality of life of the individuals in your care.
