Kotini exists to help estate agents champion their brand and deliver the onboarding experience today’s sellers and buyers expect.

For too long, onboarding has been an underwhelming part of the sales journey. Agents have to juggle contracts, compliance checks, payments, property information and more across multiple systems, slowing the process and draining time. While clients are chasing their tails across multiple emails and separate systems to start working with you.

We believe it should be effortless. We've built Kotini to help estate agents can bring every step of the journey, including contracts, AML and ID checks, payments, title documents, and property information, into a single, seamless branded flow.

About the role

This is a full‑time remote role for a Salesperson (SDR / BDM / Sales Manager). In this role, you will generate and qualify leads, build relationships with potential clients, drive sales initiatives, and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and achieve targets.

Your ability to communicate effectively and understand what's important to Estate Agents will be essential for success.

Expect to:
  • Own your pipeline generation and help drive revenue growth
  • Speak with estate agents and understand their challenges
  • Run discovery conversations and manage opportunities through the funnel
  • Work closely with founders and the wider team to improve messaging, process and conversion
  • Ultimately bring in new business.
