Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) - deployment, management, and troubleshooting.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and administration.
• Demonstrated experience with Autopilot device deployment and configuration.
• Practical experience implementing and managing Microsoft Intune.
• Experience with Entra ID including user/group management and conditional access.

Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot Azure Virtual Desktop sessions and environments.
• Administer Microsoft 365 including SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Support user onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Provide break-fix support across multiple office locations.
