A leading international law firm is seeking a candidate to assist with M&A transactions and manage contract libraries. You will perform document management and support legal research in a prestigious environment. The ideal applicant will have an LPC or SQE qualification and a degree-level education, along with experience in M&A and insurance. Proficiency in e-discovery tools and languages such as French, Russian, or Spanish is beneficial. This is a 12-month contract that offers valuable experience and skill development.

You will assist with M&A transactions, manage contract libraries, track document changes, and support the team with legal research and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include proofreading, document management, note-taking, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
You will have an LPC or SQE qualification, a degree-level education, and a demonstrable legal background in M&A and insurance. Experience with e-discovery tools like Relativity and proficiency in Excel are advantageous. Language skills in French, Russian, or Spanish are a plus.
