Finance Business Partner (Hybrid) needed in Enfield, £43,983 to £55,692 per annum - Reference: RQ1497971

We are seeking a Finance Business Partner for the Adult Social Care Finance Team in Enfield. The role supports the Head of Finance in providing high-quality, flexible financial support to service departments. Key responsibilities include:

1. Supporting and deputising for the Head of Finance and Finance Manager in delivering financial support, advice, and guidance.
2. Leading specific finance tasks related to the annual financial cycle, including budgeting, forecasting, and account closures.
3. Conducting sensitivity analyses, reviewing and challenging budget decisions, performing options appraisals, and leading calculations for funding and grants requests.
4. Providing financial input to procurement processes and scoring financial sections.
5. Identifying opportunities for financial improvements and efficiencies.

The ideal candidate will be an ambitious self-starter with excellent data interpretation, analysis skills, and attention to detail. They should possess strong IT and communication skills, experience in analysing and challenging budgets within complex organizations, and be capable of financial modelling and assessing new initiatives.

This is a full-time, permanent role with a hybrid working arrangement. Staff are expected to be in the office at least one day every other week and as required by the service.
