Location: Kent – 3 days in the office

We are working with a leading insurance company to find a Compliance Business Partner to join their team.

This role involves ensuring robust monitoring and challenge processes, managing the risk management framework, including the identification, monitoring, and reporting of key risks and controls.

The role holder will review Customer Experience MI for senior stakeholders, engage with management to improve key risk indicators, and drive compliance initiatives.

Requirements

• Prior compliance experience within insurance is essential
• Solid understanding of FCA regulations from an insurer or broker perspective
