This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a combined front-of-house and workshop coordination role.
As the Senior Service Advisor / Workshop Controller, you will act as the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring an efficient workflow and exceptional service delivery.
- Manage day-to-day workshop operations and technician workload.
- Greet customers, manage bookings, and keep them informed throughout the process.
- Prepare estimates and job cards, authorising and invoicing work accurately.
- Liaise between the service, parts, and sales teams to maintain smooth communication.
- Support service team members and ensure workshop efficiency targets are achieved.
- Experience as a Service Advisor or Workshop Controller within the motor trade.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.

- Confident using DMS systems such as Kerridge, Pinnacle, or CDK.
- A proactive, customer-first attitude.
