Silcom Recruitment are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join a well-established main-dealer franchise, based in Hedge End. We are looking for candidates with previous experience working as a Service Advisor or Aftersales Advisor within the motor trade, who can deliver outstanding customer care in a busy dealership environment. Responsibilities & Requirements


  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the service and repair process.

  • Book customer vehicles into the workshop and liaise with technicians to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of jobs.

  • Provide accurate cost estimates, gain customer authorisation, and communicate updates efficiently.

  • Upsell additional work, service plans, and value-added products where appropriate.

  • Ensure all customer documentation, invoices, and job cards are completed correctly and comply with company and manufacturer standards.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong working relationships with both customers and colleagues.


The Package


  • £29,000 Basic Salary

  • £6,000 realistic annual bonus (£500 per month average) - OTE £35,000, dependent on the individual, uncapped!!

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm

  • 1 in 12 Saturdays on rota (half day) - x4 Saturdays a year

  • Virtually a Monday to Friday working week.
