The Role

As the Senior Service Advisor / Workshop Controller, you will act as the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring an efficient workflow and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day workshop operations and technician workload.
  • Greet customers, manage bookings, and keep them informed throughout the process.
  • Prepare estimates and job cards, authorising and invoicing work accurately.
