Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assess their service requirements.
• Explain required services and repairs clearly and professionally.
• Handle payments accurately and maintain balanced transactions.
• Upsell additional services or products to enhance vehicle performance and longevity.
• Schedule appointments and manage daily service workflows efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history.
• Liaise closely with technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
• Resolve customer queries promptly and courteously.

• Monday-Friday 08:00-17:30, 1-in-3 Saturdays 08:00-13:00
