Job summary

A national automotive service provider is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to manage service bookings and enhance customer satisfaction by providing upselling opportunities. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Service Advisor and be proficient with various DMS systems. A full UK driving licence is essential. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a dynamic dealership environment.

Qualifications

  • Must have previous experience as a Service Advisor.
  • Knowledge of DMS systems like Kerridge, 1 link, or Pinnacle.
  • Experience in upselling services.

Responsibilities

  • Arranging Service Department bookings.
  • Ensure efficient workshop loading and attend to customer requirements.
  • Upsell works and promote special offers/Service Plans.

Are you an enthusiastic, team player, hard working Service Advisor looking for a new opportunity within a Car Dealership?

Responsibilities of a Service Advisor
  • Arranging Service Department bookings.
