Responsibilities

  • Professionally communicate with customers regarding service work required.
  • Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems.
  • Update Customers and Vehicle Records.
  • Prepare and complete Invoices.
  • Advise Customers on estimated costs of repairs.

We are currently advertising on behalf of a respected Automotive Main Dealer, who are recruiting for a Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Bury St Edmunds area.

Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Service Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.

Requirements

Duties of role
  • Professionally communicate with customers about service and repair work required on their vehicle

For your hard work, our client is offering a salary of up to £30,000 with OTE of circa £34,000.
