As General Manager in our Jersey Leisure team, you'll lead the delivery of high-quality leisure services that make a real difference to the local community. You'll work in partnership with the Government of Jersey and key stakeholders, driving both operational excellence and commercial success across the contract.

• Provide inspirational leadership to a diverse team, creating an inclusive and supportive culture.
• Ensure financial delivery of the contract in line with the agreed business plan.
• Oversee safe and compliant operations, customer service, and high-quality service standards.
• Build strong partnerships with the Government of Jersey and other stakeholders.
• Champion continuous improvement and innovation across all aspects of service delivery.
• Support social outcomes that improve health and wellbeing for the Jersey community.

• Experience leading large teams in a leisure or hospitality environment.
• Strong commercial awareness, with proven ability to deliver business plans.
• Strong planning, financial and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
• A relevant Business Management qualification or equivalent experience.
