Vice President / Senior Vice President – Investment Funds Lawyer 6+PQE - London
ECB Star has been mandated by a leading Alternative Asset Manager for an experienced Investment Funds lawyer with at least 6PQE+ to join its International Legal Team.
The role focuses on private funds across the EMEA region and offers a unique opportunity to work on fund formation, structuring, marketing, and distribution matters for UK, Luxembourg, and Cayman domiciled funds. The position is open to candidates who wish to be based in London, Zurich, or Lisbon.
This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the expansion of a growing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate agreements with top-tier fund managers and distribution agents
- Draft and review fund offering materials, partnership agreements, side letters, and placement agreements
- Advise on cross-border legal implications of new and existing products and services
- Collaborate with external counsel on regulatory, corporate, and investment matters
- Support general corporate legal needs and commercial contracts
- Lead and execute new initiatives, structures, and business lines
- Manage legal projects with a focus on timely and cost-effective delivery
