A dynamic tech company in Dubai is seeking a motivated IT Telemarketer to generate appointments through phone calls. Your role will involve CRM management and WhatsApp messaging. Ideal candidates will have proven telemarketing or sales experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with CRM software. Familiarity with IT services and automation tools is preferred. The ability to work independently and handle customer rejections is essential for this position.

We are seeking a motivated and techsavvy IT Telemarketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating appointments by calling leads and assisting with CRM management, WhatsApp messaging and WhatsApp automation.
Proven experience as a telemarketer or in a similar sales/customer service role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and WhatsApp messaging.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Patience and resilience in handling customer rejections and objections.
- Familiarity with IT services and products.
- Experience with automation tools and software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
