We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. As an Accountant, you will play a critical role in the financial health of our organization by managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. • Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and supporting schedules as required.
• Conduct month-end and year-end close processes for financial accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with statutory obligations and internal control procedures.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances in performance metrics.
• Collaborate with budget holders to develop annual budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor cash flow to ensure sufficient funds are available for operational needs.
• Assist in the preparation of tax audits and compliance reports for regulatory agencies.
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain general ledger accounts with precision.
• Provide financial analysis support for special projects as needed by management.
• Evaluate accounting policies and procedures for continuous improvement opportunities.
• Liaise with external auditors during audits to provide necessary financial information.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is mandatory.
• Proven work experience as an Accountant, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software, preferably QuickBooks or equivalent systems.
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on financial accuracy and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with various internal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines efficiently.
• Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is highly desirable.
