- Lead and supervise housekeeping staff to deliver consistent service standards.
- Conduct inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities for cleanliness and compliance.
- Manage housekeeping inventory, supplies, and equipment.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to maintain productivity and service quality.
- Address guest complaints promptly and provide effective solutions.
- Coordinate with other departments for special events, VIP requirements, or operational needs.
- Implement safety and security procedures within the department.
- Prepare and manage staff schedules for effective shift coverage.
- Monitor departmental expenses and maintain budget control.
- Stay updated on industry practices and introduce innovative housekeeping solutions.
- 1–2 years of supervisory experience in housekeeping within the hospitality sector.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning methods, products, and safety procedures.
- Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Physically fit with stamina to perform housekeeping duties when needed.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management is an advantage.
