Job description

Celia Ceramics is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our showroom team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of tiles, large slabs, sanitary ware, and related building materials by providing excellent customer service, understanding client needs, and converting inquiries into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist walk-in customers in the showroom professionally
  • Promote and sell tiles, slabs, sanitary ware, and accessories
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
  • Prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and close sales deals
  • Coordinate with the operations and warehouse team for order processing and delivery
  • Maintain accurate sales records and update the system (Odoo preferred)
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Develop relationships with contractors, consultants, and interior designers
  • Handle after-sales support and customer feedback
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in building materials, ceramics, or sanitary ware
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good knowledge of tiles, slabs, and bathroom products (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Experience in UAE market is preferred
