Job summary
A healthcare facility in Dubai is seeking a nursing professional for the Labour and Delivery Unit, focusing on providing patient care that meets international safety standards. The role includes direct and indirect patient care, encompassing assessment, diagnosis, planning, and coordination across the healthcare continuum. Qualifications
- Provides direct and indirect age-specific care for assigned patients.
- Responsible for nursing assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation, and care coordination.
Responsibilities
- Delivers patient care in the Labour and Delivery Unit per scheduled shifts.
- Ensures compliance with Joint Commission International (JCI) requirements and safety goals.
