We are looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Key Account Manager to join our clients growing team. As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with new and existing clients in the vegetable industry. You will work to meet sales targets promote our products and ensure excellent customer service. This position requires a strong understanding of the market effective communication skills and the ability to develop strategies that increase revenue and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Order Processing and Coordination: Efficiently manage and process customer orders coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and updating clients on the status of their orders.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance by organizing meetings managing client records preparing reports and handling daily office tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements implement strategies to enhance efficiency and regularly evaluate performance to drive better results and customer satisfaction.
Basic Job Profile
  • Assist the Sales Team: Support the sales team with administrative tasks preparing presentations and coordinating client meetings.
  • Report Generation: Create and maintain sales reports performance dashboards and other key metrics for management.
  • Cost Analysis: Analyze product costs pricing strategies and profitability to help optimize sales efforts.
  • Customer Inquiry Handling: Address customer inquiries providing information and solutions to ensure satisfaction.
  • Sales Performance Monitoring: Track sales targets analyze performance data and provide insights to improve results.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends competitor activities and customer needs to support sales strategies.
Requirements
  • 2 3 years minimum experience as a Sales Executive preferably within the agriculture or food production industry.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Agriculture or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Valid UAE Driving License
  • Currently in UAE
