Qualifications

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth within retail/food service industries.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance against targets, making adjustments as necessary.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, competitor activity, and product knowledge.
- Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.

- Prepare regular reports for management on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
