  • Build and manage long-term commercial relationships with manufacturers, retailers, and brand owners, including protected and patented brands.
  • Originate new business opportunities independently and continuously expand the supplier and partner network.
  • Negotiate commercial terms end-to-end, including pricing, volumes, delivery conditions, and contractual frameworks.
  • Structure transactions in line with brand positioning, resale channels, territorial restrictions, and IP requirements.
  • Select and manage appropriate resale and distribution channels in coordination with internal sales teams.
  • Coordinate closely with logistics, legal, compliance, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of deals.
  • Monitor market developments in textiles, fashion, and surplus goods to identify new opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and CRM records related to commercial activities.

  • Structured and reliable working style with attention to contractual, compliance, and IP‑related aspects.
