We are looking for an established Business Support professional with proven experience working at CEO, VP, or GM level. The company in need of this role is a large global Healthcare organisation, and the EA will support the GM of the MENA region.
The GM travels extensively, and his EA will be considered a key player in the organisation, relied upon for dependability, accountability, and long-term vision. The EA will be fully aware of her principles, strategic goals, and objectives, supporting him in managing the MENA region's business.
This diverse role includes PA responsibilities such as extensive diary management, inbox management to address urgent matters, coordinating travel, attending monthly management meetings, and performing ad hoc administrative tasks.
This role involves close collaboration with department members, fostering professional relationships. Candidates should have exceptional organisational, prioritisation, and communication skills, with proven experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously. A calm, professional manner and proactive work approach are essential for success.
This is a permanent position, and we are seeking someone to start as soon as possible.
