Job summary
A leading construction firm in Dubai is looking for a skilled Civil Foreman to oversee and coordinate daily construction operations. You will ensure quality workmanship, enforce safety regulations, and manage resources effectively on-site. The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of civil infrastructure experience, especially in bridge projects, and strong leadership skills. This is a full-time position with no remote work option, and proficiency in English is required.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in civil infrastructure construction.
- Experience in bridge or infrastructure projects in the UAE.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Foreman to join our dynamic construction team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our organization you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating daily site operations ensuring quality workmanship and maintaining a safe work environment.
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities on site focusing on civil and structural works
- Allocate resources effectively including manpower materials and equipment to meet project requirements
- Ensure construction work adheres to approved drawings specifications and method statements
- Monitor productivity progress and quality of work taking corrective actions when necessary
- Enforce compliance with safety regulations company policies and local building codes
- Communicate effectively with engineers site supervisors subcontractors and workers
- Maintain accurate daily site reports work diaries and labor attendance records
- Assist in planning construction sequences and provide technical guidance to the crew
- Identify and report site issues or risks promptly to site engineers or project managers
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the worksite at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals and deadlines
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant trade certification
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in civil infrastructure construction with at least 3 years in bridge or infrastructure projects in the UAE
- Strong understanding of formwork rebar concreting earthworks and bridge erection techniques
- Familiarity with Dubai Municipality requirements and local construction site regulations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project documentation
- Solid knowledge of construction health and safety standards
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a plus
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Goal-oriented approach to project management and task completion
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
