Position: Senior Sales Manager – Abu Dhabi, UAE

DreamzTech Solutions, a leader in Abrasives and Nonmetallic Minerals Manufacturing, is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to proactively solicit and manage large group/catering opportunities to drive revenue growth. If you excel at driving customer loyalty and maximizing revenue potential, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Target group/catering accounts for proactive solicitation and revenue growth
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities to meet revenue goals
  • Develop effective sales plans and strategies for group/catering accounts
  • Upsell packages and creative events to maximize revenue
  • Understand market trends, competitors, and economic factors to drive sales
  • Provide exceptional customer service to exceed customer expectations
  • Strengthen customer relationships to enable future bookings and drive loyalty
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure coordinated sales efforts
Requirements & Skills:
  • High school diploma or GED with 2 years of sales and marketing experience
  • OR a 2-year degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Strong sales experience with a focus on direct sales and relationship management
  • Proficiency in time management, procurement, and sales management
  • Experience with ERP systems like JD Edwards, NetSuite, and E-Commerce
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
  • Certifications in Sales Management or related areas
  • Multilingual proficiency is a plus
