Job summary

A leading automotive company is seeking a Personal Service Technician in Abu Dhabi to conduct vehicle diagnostics and ensure high-quality service delivery. The role entails managing work orders, maintaining customer relationships, and training junior technicians. Ideal candidates should have significant experience as a Light Vehicle Technician and hold relevant certifications. Qualifications

  • Minimum 6-7 years of experience as a Light Vehicle Technician, with at least 2 years as a Diagnostic Technician.
  • Experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership.
  • Thorough knowledge of automotive parts installation and system diagnostics.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct diagnostic and corrective maintenance on vehicles.
  • Manage work orders and customer interactions from booking to invoice.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct training and development for junior technicians.
