Job summary
A leading hospitality company in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Duty Manager. This role focuses on greeting guests, managing their first impressions, and resolving complaints. Key responsibilities include supervising the hotel lobby, ensuring guest satisfaction, and conducting necessary health and safety procedures. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in a hotel setting, exceptional communication skills, and a degree in Hotel Management. Qualifications
- Experience in managing budgets and revenue proposals.
- Previous role as a senior supervisor or Duty Manager.
- In-depth knowledge of the hotel leisure or service sector.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist Guests, especially VIPs.
- Manage and resolve Guest complaints.
- Monitor Guest satisfaction reports and implement improvements.
- Conduct Health and Safety procedures as needed.
