Position Title: Sales & Marketing Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE (focus on Karachi-based project)
Compensation: AED 10,000 - 15,000 + Commission on Deal Closures
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the commercial launch and sales operations of a landmark property development in Karachi. Based in Dubai, this role will oversee cross-border sales, marketing, and investor relations strategies to ensure market penetration and project success.
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in launching and managing large-scale real estate projects in both the UAE and Pakistan, with a strong ability to craft impactful sales strategies, execute digital and offline campaigns, and build broker and investor networks. This is a high-visibility role requiring a balance of strategic thinking and hands‑on leadership.
