Partnerships & Corporate Alliances
- Forge strategic alliances with top-tier corporates, insurance providers, medical tourism facilitators, and international healthcare networks.
- Develop B2B and B2C engagement models to enhance referral networks and institutional partnerships.

Qualifications
- 5+ years in business development leadership experience in the healthcare sector, with a focus on strategic expansion.
- Proven ability to manage and scale premium family-owned, mid-size, or boutique eye hospitals within the UAE or GCC.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in the healthcare sector.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
