The Sr. Sales Manager – Enterprise will be responsible for driving sales within the Enterprise segment focusing on IT infrastructure solutions. This role requires deep knowledge of IT systems, a strong network within the UAE enterprise sector, and a proven track record of managing complex sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets for IT infrastructure solutions (networking, storage, servers, etc.)
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in large enterprise accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert them into long-term partnerships
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure, including proposal development, solution presentation, contract negotiation, and after-sales coordination
  • Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver customized solutions based on client needs
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and strategic account plans
  • Collaborate with technology partners to strengthen solution offerings
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus
  • 6–10 years of sales experience in the UAE region, preferably within an IT System Integrator or Technology Vendor
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure technologies (servers, storage, networking, security, etc.)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • UAE driving license is a must
