Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in the UAE is looking for a motivated sales/account manager to grow their client database and enhance relationships. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and a target-oriented mindset. This position offers opportunities to attend networking events and develop new business. Experience in the advertisement or corporate gifts sector is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a sales/account management role.

Job description
  • Grow the database of clients by identifying new opportunities and identifying needs that can be translated into a proposal.
  • Identify Corporate Client’s needs and provide input the development of new products and services.
  • Attend networking and promotional events to create new business and strengthen existing relationships with Corporate Clients.
  • Provide a high level of customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Use initiative, research, analytical and organizational skills, interpersonal and communication skills to achieve effective outcomes.
  • Implement and maintain communication strategies to ensure external relationships are developed and sustained.
