Responsible for generating revenue by securing new business, strengthening existing accounts, and implementing sales strategies that support the company’s financial goals. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead sales activities within assigned market segments.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
4–6+ years of experience in Sales (hotel or hospitality experience only).
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Driven, self‑motivated, and results‑oriented.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities across assigned segments (corporate, leisure, MICE, travel agencies, long‑stay, etc.).
Conduct sales calls, client meetings, presentations, and site inspections.
Prepare and negotiate contracts, proposals, and rate agreements in line with company policies.
Manage key accounts and ensure continuous business growth and customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, travel partners, and corporate accounts.
Respond promptly to all sales inquiries and client requests.
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the booking and stay process (for hospitality roles).
Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and client functions.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports and market analysis.
Maintain accurate client records, activities, and pipelines using CRM systems.
Analyze sales trends, competitor activities, and market demand to recommend strategies.
Support the Director of Sales in forecasting and budgeting.
Work closely with Marketing, Reservations, Revenue Management, and Operations teams.
Collaborate on sales campaigns, promotions, and advertising strategies.
Ensure accurate communication of client requirements to relevant departments.
Participate in training and mentoring of junior sales staff if required.
