Black & Grey HR is hiring a sales Manager for a fast-growing trading company specializing in premium natural stones and building materials. The ideal candidate will drive international B2B sales growth across EU, MENA, and North American markets, building strategic client relationships, closing high-value contracts, and leading the pathway toward a sales Director role within 2–3 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive international revenue growth by acquiring and managing B2B clients (developers, contractors, distributors) in EU, MENA, and North America.
- Negotiate, structure, and close high-value bulk orders, long-term supply agreements, and strategic partnerships.
- Identify new international markets, monitor competitor activity, and align pricing strategies for regional competitiveness.
- Solve complex commercial and operational challenges with a multi-dimensional, big-picture approach.
- Develop and implement an ambitious annual international sales strategy, aligning with the company’s global expansion roadmap.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring superior client experience.
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with global clients and sustain a 90%+ retention rate.
- Build and mentor a sales team, fostering a performance-driven, growth-oriented sales culture.
- Deliver accurate international sales forecasts, sales reports, and market intelligence to senior leadership.
- Represent the company at global trade fairs, exhibitions, and international industry events to strengthen brand presence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5–7 years of proven B2B international sales experience in natural stone, building materials, or related industries.
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and closing large-scale accounts across global markets.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation expertise, and financial skills with a track record of profitable deal-making.
- Familiarity with international trade dynamics, export operations, and cross-border contract negotiations.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
