A leading hotel chain in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dedicated Receptionist to enhance guest experiences by managing front-desk operations and providing exceptional customer service. This role involves welcoming guests, providing information about promotions and local events, and ensuring efficient processing of reservations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and at least one-year experience in a hotel setting. Knowledge of Opera and fluency in Arabic are required. The Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and callers, responsible for creating a professional and welcoming experience. This role handles front‑desk operations, administrative support, and communication coordination to ensure smooth daily office activities.
Your passion and energy will be infection as you welcome our guests and support them through their check‑in and check‑out procedure. Your natural down‑to‑earth manner will result in being able to manage guest expectations in a fast and busy environment. With a keen eye for detail, you will not miss a step in the procedures. Managing payments will be second nature and you will have excellent data entry skills to support accurate reports.
