We are looking for a Business Development Manager Partner Network who is relationship-driven, strategic, and deeply knowledgeable about the gaming and influencer ecosystems to join our Xsolla Partner Network (XPN) team. The best candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and exceptionally dynamic setting and is excited to build and scale partnerships between game developers, publishers, and gaming influencers. Strong business development, negotiation, and partnership management skills are essential along with experience in gaming influencer marketing or digital campaigns. The ability to understand campaign objectives, match them with the right talent, and drive measurable success across all stakeholders will be key to your success in this role.
