Our Client, a Semi-government conglomerate is hiring a Project Manager – IT to join their prestigious organization.
Role: Project Manager IT – Enterprise Technology Projects
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end project management for SAP S/4HANA, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with SAP implementation partners, business process owners, and internal stakeholders to define scope, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics.
• Oversee functional workstreams across Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Manufacturing/Production.
• Manage integration with third-party systems including ePS Packaging & Printing, Shipsy Logistics, and ePs Technique.
• Simultaneously manage other enterprise IT and digital projects, including:
• - Cloud migrations (e.g., OneDrive, SharePoint), Cybersecurity initiatives, Fleet and logistics management systems.
• Drive project governance with regular steering committee updates, executive reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation: charters, plans, issue logs, RAID logs, and closure reports.
• Monitor vendor performance and manage project budgets and contracts.
Must Have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from PMI is mandatory.
• SAP Activate certification or equivalent knowledge of SAP implementation methodology is preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years focused on SAP projects (S/4HANA preferred).
• Proven experience leading complex ERP implementations and managing cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with external vendors, systems integrators, and cloud service providers.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture, modules (especially Finance, SD, MM, PP), and deployment models.
• Excellent project planning, budgeting, and risk management skills.
• Understanding of enterprise IT governance, cybersecurity, and digital transformation frameworks.
