Overall purpose of the job: To manage the existing account manager team as well as maintain relationships with some of the larger client base.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Manage the existing team of Key Account Managers.
2. Manage relationships with key customers.
3. Assist with business development.
4. Prepare SOPs, quotes, presentations, and tender submissions.
5. Present to new business customers and assist in achieving the new business target.
6. Prepare weekly and monthly reports and report back to the business and management.
7. Ensure that the B2B database is managed effectively and regularly checked, reconciled, and updated so that any anomalies are timeously actioned accordingly.
8. Ensure that all day-to-day operations of the B2B team run effectively.
9. Identify and drive operational improvements within the business.
10. Ensure that relevant internal personnel receive adequate training on the use of the relevant systems.
11. Regularly run health checks to identify units that may require repair and action accordingly.
12. Ensure that processes are in place for the effective planning of new fitments as well as the timeous updating of information in the existing systems.
13. Assist with stock forecasting and budgeting.
14. Oversee CMR data quality and integrity.
15. Assist marketing teams with Show & Tell days.
16. Maintain a close working relationship with various internal teams.
17. Assist the National New Business Development Manager with pricing, reporting, etc.
