Are you a detail-driven Payroll Administrator with a passion for accuracy and efficiency?We're looking for a meticulous and dependable Payroll Administrator to manage our end-to-end payroll function, ensuring timely and accurate salary processing, employee benefit updates, and compliance reporting.

If you thrive in a deadline-driven environment and have strong system skills, this role is for you!What You'll Be Doing (key Responsibilities)As our Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for the following : Provide administrative support for monthly payroll execution and coordination.Administer and process payroll transactions using SAGE VIP.Maintain and update employee records (new hires, terminations, salary changes, benefits).Oversee leave capturing and reconciliation via ESS.Liaise with medical aid and pension fund administrators regarding staff changes.Ensure payroll compliance with statutory and company policies.Prepare monthly reports, tax submissions, and BEE-related payroll data.Respond to employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies timeously.Support HR with documentation and updates to performance or personnel systems.Maintain personnel filing systemExperienceWHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED3 - 5 years' payroll experience in a service-driven environment.SAGE VIP payroll system experience (essential).QualificationsMatric with a certificate in Payroll, Finance, or Business Accounting.Exposure to HR functions (advantageous)Skills & Knowledge – What Sets You ApartSoft Skills, Work Approach and Knowledge : Strong Excel and reporting abilities.Working knowledge of BCEA, SARS, UIF, SDL, and employee benefits.Excellent time management and attention to detail.High level of confidentiality and ethical standards.Good interpersonal and communication skills.Sound financial and payroll principlesWhat We Are Offering…Competitive market salaryGain Hands-on training with experienced HR ProfessionalsWork in a supportive, team-orientated environment.APPLY NOW to join a result-driven finance team where your attention to detail makes all the difference!
