About the role: Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for assembling metal or plastic products, partially or completely on the production floor.

Responsibilities include:

• Packing allocated products as per SOP.
• Supporting the production of quality products to meet the schedule.
• Cleaning and preparing equipment, sanitizing work areas, and restocking inventory.
• Completing associated documentation.
• Line clearance, setup, and operation of packaging equipment.
• Ensuring product quality before packaging.
• Placing items in poly bags, boxes, or containers.
• Forming, labeling, and sealing boxes or containers.
• Labeling products with date, shift, and lot information.
• Notifying supervisors of quality issues.

About you:

• National Senior Certificate / Matric / Grade 12 Certificate (Completed).
• Experience in a production environment.
• Effective planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow instructions precisely.
• High attention to detail.
• Good command of English (verbal and written).
• Positive attitude and motivation.
• Ability to read instructions and operate scales.
• Work safely.
