The Role

The incumbent will be responsible for processing domestic and foreign creditors' invoices, staff expense claims, travel advances, and reconciling suppliers' monthly statements. Additionally, they will prepare weekly and monthly bank reconciliations and process related payments.

Key responsibilities include:

• Performing bank reconciliations on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Managing cash by updating bank statement entries daily.
• Processing invoices and payments.
• Assisting with external auditors during hard close and year-end audits.
• Supporting ad hoc projects related to supplier information.

Your Profile

• Accounting-related diploma or degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in a creditor's environment and cash management.
• Experience with Aurora software is an advantage.
• Computer literacy.
• Proficiency in English.
