About The Finance Department

Our Financial Management team is at the heart of Capitec’s strategic goals, driving financial excellence, innovation, and long-term business growth. What We’re Looking For

We are proactively seeking talent with 4 or more years of experience and a strong foundation in one or more of the following key areas:

• CA (SA) (Qualified or Eligible to Register)
• Postgraduate qualification in Mathematical Sciences: Statistics / Financial Risk Management / Quantitative Risk Management / Actuarial Science / Operations Research
• CIMA (Qualified or Eligible to Register)
• Familiarity with financial software and systems such as SQL, Excel, SAS, Python, or R
  
  

What You’ll Do In The Financial Management Team

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial strategies and initiatives.
• Provide expert financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of financial plans and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
