About the roleAs the Creative Lead (Copy) Capitec, you will play a key role in shaping and elevating the brand’s voice through innovative, compelling copy across all platforms. You will be responsible for setting the creative tone, driving messaging strategy, and ensuring all content aligns with Capitec’s brand identity, tone, and purpose.
In this senior creative role, you’ll provide thought leadership in copywriting, partnering closely with designers and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful content that enhances the overall brand experience. You’ll also support the Manager: Copywriting by helping to refine messaging strategies, evolve brand systems, and mentor a team of copywriters to deliver consistent, high-quality work.
