Strategic Partnership Role

This role involves managing the strategic partnership function, including tactical planning and operationalising of the strategy, ensuring optimal performance through execution of the business plan, oversight of delivery, budgets, goals, metrics, people, and standards.

Experience

• Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience within a financial or retail environment or in a loyalty/partnership programme
• Innovative, unique, and disruptive approach in the partnership space
• Proven experience in developing new business cases, concepts, or ideas
• Relationship building and management
• Effective interaction and knowledge transfer with a wide range of stakeholders, including exco level

Qualifications (Minimum)

• Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or Business Management

• Master's Degree in Business Administration
