Night Community Host – Aldgate, Build to Rent, £30k. Aldgate, East London. One Property Recruitment are working exclusively with a premium Build to Rent provider to appoint a Night Community Host at their flagship Aldgate development. This is a dynamic, service led role ideal for someone who thrives in an autonomous setting and takes pride in delivering safety, reassurance, and exceptional care during overnight hours.

With residents relying on you for support, security, and continuity, this is your opportunity to take real ownership of the out-of-hours experience in a development known for service excellence and community spirit.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for residents throughout the night
• Maintain consistent building standards through walkthroughs and compliance checks
• Manage incident logs and coordinate with out-of-hours contractors when necessary
• Provide calm, confident support in emergency or unexpected situations
• Ensure smooth handovers to day teams to maintain continuity of service
• Represent the brand with warmth and professionalism during quieter hours

We’re Keen To Speak With Individuals Who Bring

• A warm, proactive, and highly organised approach
• Previous experience in PRS, BTR, PBSA, or hospitality, especially in lone-working environments
• A genuine interest in fostering strong resident relationships, even at 2AM
• Confidence to work independently and handle dynamic, unplanned situations
• Full availability for the 4 on, 4 off night shift (8PM–8AM)
• A background in overnight operations, concierge, or security would be a bonus
