Our client is seeking a Property Credit Analyst to join their dynamic team in Johannesburg.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a minimum of 5 years of credit risk experience, ideally within the property finance sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing credit data, estimating risk, and managing counter-party exposures within the property and international portfolio.What you'll do : As a Property Credit Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing financial risks and optimising balance sheets.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include analysing credit data, maintaining customer databases, and ensuring compliance with the Credit Risk Strategy and Policy.
You will also assist various Risk Departments with the implementation of new transactions and monitor limits and exposures in the portfolio.
