What Youll Be Doing

As an Activation Manager, your mission is to make every new salon or wellness partner feel confident, capable, and excited to work with us. From first call to first booking, youll be their go-to guide.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for new partners
  • Hosting onboarding calls, training sessions, and offering hands-on support
  • Tracking performance through Salesforce and Google Sheets
  • Helping partners optimise their profiles for maximum impact
  • Working closely with Marketing, Ops, and Product to create a smooth journey
  • Communicating progress, insights, and ideas via Slack and Google Docs
  • Building relationships that support long-term partner success

Tools Youll Use

We work smart, fast, and collaboratively. Expect to use:

  • Slack Real-time communication
  • Google Docs & Sheets Collaboration central
  • MS Office Suite Presentations and structured reports

What Were Looking For

Must-haves:

  • 2+ years in Account Management, Onboarding, or Partner Activation
  • Experience in SaaS, digital platforms, or beauty tech
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working with CRM platforms (Salesforce is a big plus)
