- Provide desktop and IT support covering hardware and software issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications.
- Evaluate current IT environment and workflows in the Head Office to identify improvement and efficiency opportunities.
- Work closely with Head Office users to translate business needs into practical system solutions, ensuring minimal operational disruption.
- Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth and clear communication.
- Analyze data sets to deliver actionable insights, support decision-making, and identify trends or patterns.
- Create detailed documentation, including BRDs, use cases, user stories, and process flows.
- Support project managers in planning, tracking, and reporting project milestones and deliverables.
- Facilitate change management through training, stakeholder engagement, and transition planning.
- Recommend process improvements and contribute to continuous enhancement initiatives for Head Office VIP users.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Proven field service experience.
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.
- Flexibility to work different shifts and adapt to changing work schedules.
- Strong documentation skills with attention to detail.
