Your Purpose :

As an Entry Level Junior Field Support Technician, you will play a key role in providing onsite and remote IT support, ensuring that systems and hardware operate efficiently. You will assist with installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT infrastructure while supporting end-users with technical issues. Your Responsibilities :

1. Troubleshooting IT issues.
2. Installing and configuring hardware and software.
3. Assisting with network setup and maintenance.

5. Providing basic training and support to end-users, helping them navigate IT systems and resolve minor technical concerns.
6. Documenting issues and solutions, contributing to a knowledge base for future troubleshooting.
7. Regular travel to client sites may be required to provide onsite support and ensure that IT systems remain operational.

What's Required :

To be successful in this role, you should have a Matric (Grade 12) A and/or N qualifications and basic IT skills with knowledge of hardware, software, and networking. Prior experience in IT support or troubleshooting is not required as training will be provided.

A strong willingness to learn, a passion for technology, and good communication skills are essential as you will be assisting non-technical users with their IT issues. A cell phone, valid driver's license, and own transport are essential as you will provide onsite support. Additionally, a proactive and problem-solving mindset will help you tackle technical challenges efficiently.
