Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships through phone, email, and professional networking.
  • Using a consultative sales technique, guide prospective students through the decision-making process and address any concerns or objections they may have.
  • Evaluate potential clients and nurture them through the full sales process using an informed, consultative approach.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to stay informed about the latest promotions, campaigns, and industry trends to enhance sales strategies.
  • Maintain a pipeline with accurate and up-to-date interactions with leads (potential students) in the CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall success and growth of the B2C sales team and the organisation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product and Student Success, to ensure a seamless experience for students. Provide feedback to the product team.
About you
  • Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable sales experience within a fast-paced inside sales environment.
  • You’re a high performer who is target-driven and motivated.
  • Excellent presentation skills; you will need to be comfortable with building relationships remotely.
  • Strong reporting skills with a proven track record in a target-driven environment with specific KPIs.
  • You have demonstrated success through a consultative sales approach.
  • You’re able to work autonomously.
  • Serious about the role, but not so serious about yourself.
  • Knowledge and experience working with the Education Technology industry.
  • Good working knowledge of software development process sectors.
  • Understanding of user experience design.
