Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships through phone, email, and professional networking.
- Using a consultative sales technique, guide prospective students through the decision-making process and address any concerns or objections they may have.
- Evaluate potential clients and nurture them through the full sales process using an informed, consultative approach.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to stay informed about the latest promotions, campaigns, and industry trends to enhance sales strategies.
- Maintain a pipeline with accurate and up-to-date interactions with leads (potential students) in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall success and growth of the B2C sales team and the organisation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product and Student Success, to ensure a seamless experience for students. Provide feedback to the product team.
About you
- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable sales experience within a fast-paced inside sales environment.
- You’re a high performer who is target-driven and motivated.
- Excellent presentation skills; you will need to be comfortable with building relationships remotely.
- Strong reporting skills with a proven track record in a target-driven environment with specific KPIs.
- You have demonstrated success through a consultative sales approach.
- You’re able to work autonomously.
- Serious about the role, but not so serious about yourself.
- Knowledge and experience working with the Education Technology industry.
- Good working knowledge of software development process sectors.
- Understanding of user experience design.
