  • Court Management Expertise: Facilitate court bookings, ensuring smooth operations and optimal guest satisfaction.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Effectively convey game rules, provide guidance, and interact with guests and team members with clarity and enthusiasm.

  • Educational Background: A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, sports management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, particularly in a sports or hospitality environment, is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of Padel: Familiarity with Padel as a sport, including rules and techniques; certification in Padel coaching or similar is advantageous.
