A leading logistics provider in South Africa is seeking a National Operations and Sales Executive with extensive experience in supply chain and logistics. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years in senior management, proven leadership in operations, and excellent negotiation and communication skills. This role offers strategic leadership and requires significant travel along with strong analytical capabilities.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of senior management or leadership experience in supply chain, logistics, import/export.
- Experience in shipping operations, transport, warehousing.
- Proven track record in both commercial and operational leadership.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and sales management.
- Ensure operational excellence and people development.
- Conduct reporting and analysis to support business goals.

A leading provider of end-to-end logistics, warehousing, and container management solutions across South Africa, is looking for a top-level National Operations and Sales Executive with extensive experience in Supply Chain, Logistics and Freight.
- Degree in Business Administration and additional Supply Chain/Freight qualifications
- 10+ years of senior management or leadership experience in supply chain, logistics, import/export, port operations and warehouse operations
- Proven track record in both commercial and operational leadership roles
- Experience in shipping operations, transport, warehousing, refined metals, FMCG
- Experience in African markets is advantageous
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to analyse and act on both micro and macro business risks
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven, innovative, and resilient mindset
